Mahima Sharma is a Senior Manager specialising in Corporate Recovery, with over 14 years of experience in Restructuring and Advisory roles across various industries. Her areas of expertise include managing complex issues such as business trading, solvency analysis, preparation of expert reports, calculation of employee entitlements, and preparation of affidavits and documentation for Court proceedings.

Mahima is known for her successful negotiation with stakeholders to achieve favourable outcomes, selling commercial and residential property and making successful recoveries.

As a member of the Institute of Public Accountants, with a Master’s degree in Commerce (M.COM) from Deakin University, Melbourne, Victoria, with a specialisation in Accounting and Information Systems, she is highly qualified. Mahima has extensive experience in calculating, preparing, and distributing dividends to over 200 creditors, and verifying employee entitlements of over 5000 employees.
